FlowInventory
3 GST components
Next.js · Node.js · PostgreSQL · Tailwind CSS
A multi-vendor inventory and dispatch platform. Each vendor works in an isolated workspace, GST is split into CGST, SGST and IGST automatically, transport slips are generated on demand and stock is imported in bulk from CSV files.
- Designed isolated vendor workspaces with role-based access control.
- Built GST calculation that splits CGST, SGST and IGST for state-specific transport slips.
- Built CSV ingestion that matches on two SKU keys and creates missing categories automatically.
- Added carton packaging analytics and dispatch email notifications through Resend.

Problem and objectives
The operation ran on paper slips. GST splits were worked out by hand, carton loading was reconciled late and every warehouse vendor imported inventory in its own way. The goal was one system for inventory, invoicing and dispatch that every vendor could use at the same time.
Architecture
Built on Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL, with each vendor workspace isolated and access controlled by role (Super Admin, Vendor Operator, Dispatch Manager). CSV imports match rows on two SKU keys and create missing categories as they go. Transport slips and E-Way bill data are generated as PDFs, and dispatch notifications are sent through Resend.
